Course Terms & Conditions

These Course Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern enrollment and participation in all courses, workshops, training programs, mentorship sessions, online classes, and educational services offered by DJ Training Academy ("DJTA", "we", "our", or "us").

By enrolling in any course or program offered by DJ Training Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. COURSE ENROLLMENT

Enrollment in any DJ Training Academy course is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable course fee and confirmation from the academy.

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Course availability is subject to seat limitations and batch capacity.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

All course fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by DJ Training Academy.

The student must pay his/ her course fee. 100% in advance to. confirm the slot & start the course.

No discounts whatsoever

Course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Students are responsible for any applicable transaction charges, currency conversion charges, taxes, or banking fees.

Admission is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

3. REFUND POLICY

All course fees paid to DJ Training Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds shall be issued for:

​

• Change of mind

• Lack of attendance

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Relocation

• Technical difficulties on the student's side

• Failure to complete the course

• Dissatisfaction due to lack of practice or participation

• Any kind of discomfort

• Lack of concentration

• Course Suspension

Exceptions, if any, shall be considered solely at the discretion of DJ Training Academy.

4. ATTENDANCE POLICY

Regular attendance is essential for successful course completion.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

Repeated absence may affect learning outcomes, course completion status, certification eligibility, and access to certain course benefits.

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to deny course completion recognition to students with poor attendance.

5. MISSED CLASSES

​

Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes on time.

Missed classes due to personal reasons may not be eligible for replacement, rescheduling, compensation, or refunds.

Where feasible, DJ Training Academy may provide alternative solutions at its sole discretion; however, such arrangements are not guaranteed.

6. ONLINE LEARNING REQUIREMENTS

Students enrolled in online courses are responsible for maintaining:

​

• A stable internet connection

• A functioning computer or compatible device

• Required software installations

• Necessary hardware and equipment

• Access to designated learning platforms

• ​

Technical issues arising from the student's equipment, software, internet connection, or local network remain the student's responsibility.

Students should have prior knowlege to operate a computer device properly.

7. RECORDINGS AND CLASS CONTENT

Certain classes may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, training, administrative, or support purposes.

Students acknowledge and consent to the possibility of class recordings.

DJ Training Academy may, at its discretion, provide access to selected recordings; however, access to recordings is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Unauthorized recording, screen capture, downloading, reproduction, distribution, sharing, uploading, broadcasting, or commercial use of any class content is strictly prohibited.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All educational content provided by DJ Training Academy remains the exclusive intellectual property of DJ Training Academy unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Videos

• Presentations

• PDFs

• Course Notes

• Audio Demonstrations

• Training Materials

• Assignments

• Course Structures

• Educational Resources

• Graphics and Visual Content

Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, share, modify, upload, or commercially exploit any course material without prior written permission.

9. STUDENT CONDUCT

​

Students are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and appropriate behavior at all times.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

​

• Harassment

• Abuse

• Threatening conduct

• Hate speech

• Discrimination

• Disruptive behavior

• Spamming

• Impersonation

• Sharing unauthorized content

• Violating intellectual property rights

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to immediately remove any participant engaging in inappropriate conduct without warning or refund.

10. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

​

Students participating in Discord servers, WhatsApp groups, online communities, discussion forums, or other academy-managed platforms must comply with community rules.

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to moderate discussions, remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access, or remove participants who violate community guidelines.

11. COURSE ACCESS

Course access is granted solely to the enrolled student.

Students may not:

​

• Share login credentials

• Share community access

• Share course recordings

• Share downloadable resources

• Permit unauthorized individuals to attend classes

​

Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

​

12. PRACTICAL RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Success in DJing, music production, performance opportunities, bookings, social media growth, income generation, or career advancement depends upon numerous factors, including individual effort, practice, skill development, networking, and market conditions.

DJ Training Academy does not guarantee:

​

• Employment

• Bookings

• Income

• Event opportunities

• Record deals

• Social media growth

• Career success

​

Results will vary from student to student.

​

​

13. COURSE MODIFICATIONS

​

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to:

​

• Update course content

• Modify lesson structures

• Change instructors

• Adjust schedules

• Upgrade learning platforms

• Improve educational materials

​

Such modifications may be made without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

​

​

14. CERTIFICATES

Where certificates are offered, issuance may be subject to:

​

• Minimum attendance requirements

• Course completion requirements

• Submission of assignments

• Demonstration of required competencies

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where requirements have not been met.

​

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DJ Training Academy shall not be liable for:

​

• Internet interruptions

• Platform outages

• Technical failures

• Hardware malfunctions

• Data loss

• Third-party platform disruptions

• Indirect or consequential damages

Participation in any course is undertaken at the student's own discretion and responsibility.

16. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any course, community, platform, or service if a participant:

• Violates these Terms

• Engages in misconduct

• Breaches intellectual property rights

• Shares restricted content

• Disrupts the learning environment

Termination may occur without warning and without refund.

​

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued participation in courses constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
