At DJ Training Academy ("DJTA", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality educational services, training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. By enrolling in any course, workshop, event, or training program offered by DJ Training Academy, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. COURSE FEES

All course fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by DJ Training Academy.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Course fees may vary depending on promotional offers, early bird pricing, batch schedules, special discounts, or academy initiatives.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated in writing by DJ Training Academy, all payments made towards:

Music Production Courses

Ableton Live Courses

Workshops

Masterclasses

Online Training Programs

Offline Training Programs

Mentorship Sessions

Educational Events
are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

Change of mind

Lack of attendance
-
Personal scheduling conflicts

Relocation
-
Travel restrictions

Work commitments

Technical difficulties on the student's side

Failure to complete the course

Dissatisfaction resulting from insufficient practice or participation

3. CANCELLATION BY STUDENT

If a student chooses to withdraw, cancel, discontinue, or leave a course after enrollment, no refund shall be issued.
Unused classes, missed sessions, incomplete participation, or early withdrawal do not qualify for partial or full refunds.

4. MISSED CLASSES

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions.
Missed classes due to personal reasons, work commitments, travel, illness, internet issues, technical difficulties, or scheduling conflicts shall not be eligible for refunds, credits, or compensation.
Where feasible, DJ Training Academy may provide alternative solutions at its sole discretion; however, such arrangements are not guaranteed.

5. ONLINE COURSE REQUIREMENTS

Students enrolled in online programs are responsible for maintaining:

Suitable computer or device

Required software installations

Necessary audio equipment

Access to designated learning platforms

Refunds shall not be issued due to technical issues arising from the student's equipment, software, internet connection, or local network.

6. COURSE TRANSFERS

Requests to transfer enrollment to a future batch may be considered on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of DJ Training Academy.
Approval of a transfer request is not guaranteed.
Any approved transfer may be subject to administrative conditions, scheduling availability, or additional fees.
7. CANCELLATION BY DJ TRAINING ACADEMY

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel a course, workshop, event, or training program due to circumstances including but not limited to:

8. EARLY BIRD, PROMOTIONAL, AND DISCOUNTED ENROLLMENTS

Special promotional pricing, inaugural offers, founder's pricing, early bird discounts, scholarships, and limited-time offers are subject to specific eligibility requirements and availability.
Such offers cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.

9. TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment without refund if the student:
