Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DJ Training Academy ("DJTA", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality educational services, training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. By enrolling in any course, workshop, event, or training program offered by DJ Training Academy, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

01. COURSE FEE

​

All course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms, payment schedule, or instalment arrangement communicated by DJ Training Academy.

​

Course fees may vary depending on promotional offers, early bird pricing, batch schedules, special discounts, or academy initiatives.

​

02. INSTALMENT AND PAYMENT PLANS

Where DJ Training Academy expressly offers an instalment or payment plan for a particular course or program, the applicable payment schedule, instalment amounts, and payment deadlines will be communicated to the student before enrolment.

​

An instalment or payment plan is a payment arrangement and does not constitute a separate purchase of individual classes or sessions.

​

Once enrolment has been confirmed under an approved payment plan, the student remains responsible for completing the agreed payment schedule, subject to any specific written terms communicated by DJ Training Academy.

​

Failure to pay an instalment by the applicable due date may result in suspension of course access, postponement of classes, or termination of enrolment without refund of amounts already paid, subject to the circumstances and any written arrangement agreed with DJ Training Academy.

​

Instalment payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by DJ Training Academy.

​

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to require full payment in advance for certain courses, batches, workshops, mentorship programs, or educational services.

03. REFUND POLICY​

​

Unless otherwise stated in writing by DJ Training Academy, all payments made towards:

​

• DJ Courses

• Music Production Courses

• Ableton Live Courses

• Workshops

• Masterclasses

• Online Training Programs

• Offline Training Programs

• Mentorship Sessions

• Educational Events are strictly non-refundable.

This policy applies to both full payments and instalment payments, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by DJ Training Academy.

No refunds will be issued for:

​

• Change of mind

• Lack of attendance

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Relocation

• Travel restrictions

• Work commitments

• Technical difficulties on the student's side

• Failure to complete the course

• Dissatisfaction resulting from insufficient practice or participation

04. CANCELLATION BY STUDENT

​

If a student chooses to withdraw, cancel, discontinue, or leave a course after enrollment, no refund shall be issued.

Unused classes, missed sessions, incomplete participation, or early withdrawal do not qualify for partial or full refunds.

05. MISSED CLASS​

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions.

​

Missed classes due to personal reasons, work commitments, travel, illness, internet issues, technical difficulties, or scheduling conflicts shall not ordinarily be eligible for refunds, credits, or compensation.

Where feasible, DJ Training Academy may provide an alternative arrangement at its sole discretion; however, such arrangements are not guaranteed..

06. ONLINE COURSE REQUIREMENTS​

​

Students enrolled in online programs are responsible for maintaining:

​

• Stable internet access

• Suitable computer or device

• Required software installations

• Necessary audio equipment

• Access to the designated learning platform and a valid account where required

​

Refunds shall not be issued due to technical issues arising from the student's equipment, software, internet connection, or local network.

​

​07. COURSE TRANSFERS​

​

Strictly Not Allowed with No Refunds at all.

08. CANCELLATION BY DJ TRAINING ACADEMY​

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel a course, workshop, event, or training program due to circumstances including but not limited to:

​

• Insufficient enrollment

• Instructor unavailability

• Technical issues

• Operational requirements

• Force majeure events

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

​

In such cases, DJ Training Academy may offer:

​

• A replacement batch

• A rescheduled program

• Course credit

• An alternative learning arrangement

​​

The academy reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution. Where DJ Training Academy cancels a program and is unable to provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduled program, or alternative arrangement, DJ Training Academy will communicate the available resolution to affected students in accordance with the circumstances of the cancellation.

09. EARLY BIRD, PROMOTIONAL, AND DISCOUNTED ENROLLMENTS

Promotional pricing is applicable only to the specific course, batch, duration, or enrollment period stated at the time of the offer.

10. TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT

​

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment without refund if the student:

​

• Violates academy policies

• Shares course materials without authorization

• Engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• Violates intellectual property rights

• Harasses staff, mentors, or fellow students

• Breaches community guidelines

11. FORCE MAJEURE

DJ Training Academy shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

​

• Natural disasters

• Government actions

• Internet outages

• Power failures

• Public emergencies

• Pandemics

• Civil disturbances

• Technical infrastructure failures

In such circumstances, DJ Training Academy will determine and communicate the appropriate arrangements based on the nature and duration of the disruption.​​

12. POLICY CHANGES

DJ Training Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on this page.

Continued participation in academy services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
